
Susanne, founder of Embla Science was born in Sweden and moved to the USA in 2001 after living and working in France, Spain,
and the Netherlands. Susanne is multi lingual, which provides a strong basis for developmental
relationships with different cultures globally.
Susanne possesses a passion for robust health, accomplished by eating well and participating in effective exercise programs. Susanne states “Finding the right combination of nutrition and exercise is very important to me and my involvement as an instructor with the Swedish based organization Friskis & Svettis. ”
Susanne prefers quality food ingredients and strives to find time in her busy schedule to prepare wholesome recipes from many different countries and regions around the world.
Susanne emphasises “Even though eating properly balanced food and good exercise is a great step forward towards a healthy body and an active lifestyle, it’s never enough!”
When Susanne discovered the research and science of Dr. Ann de Wees Allen, Chief of Biomedical Research, Glycemic Research Institute (Glycemic.com), she became excited at the opportunity to share Dr. Allen’s research, and to incorporate this information into programs for her clients and associates.
