In each cash prize draw, the successful entrants will be determined in accordance with these rules and procedures and the online processes conducted in accordance with the 1 Global Alliance, Inc Copyright and Disclaimer.

 

In each monthly cash prize draw, 1 Global Alliance Inc will place $1 into each prize draw for every bottle of Mistica purchased, and payment received in each calendar month.

 

In accordance with our 30 day Mistica money back guarantee $1 will be subtracted from the total sum of the prize draw for each bottle of Mistica returned. Each dollar that is subtracted from the prize draw, due to returned bottles of Mistica, will only be subtracted from the cash prize draw relating to the month in which the order was originally placed.

 

Each prize drawing will occur after midnight on the last day of the following month, from which all orders where originally received. This will facilitate 1 Global Alliance Inc to account for all returned product in accordance with our 30 day money back guarantee.

 

In each monthly cash prize draw, 1 Global Alliance Inc will accept one (1) entry per household in a calendar month.

 

Entry into a monthly prize drawing will occur automatically as the result of an individual placing an order for one of the products listed by 1 Global Alliance. Completing the purchase information and submitting a payment option will accomplish this.

Mailin Entries: As an alternative means of entry, players may submit mail-in entries to the prize draw. Contestants must mail each entry, one per household, in a separate envelope, or on a separate post card to:

Each envelope or postcard must contain no more than (1) entry, which must indicate the date and specific prize draw to be entered. Entries cannot be mailed until the 1st date of the calendar month for which the entry is being made. The mail-in entry must include the player’s name, postal address, phone number, date of birth, and e-mail address. Mail-in entries must be postmarked at least fifteen days prior to the intended play date to ensure timely receipt and entry into the applicable promotion and will be pooled with all the entries into the monthly drawing you have designated. Each entry will only be valid for one monthly drawing. Any improperly submitted mail-in entries [i.e. any envelope or postcard containing more than (1) entry or having an invalid or incomplete name and address] will be VOID. 1 Global Alliance is not responsible for entries, claims or notices that are lost, late, illegible, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, incorrect or postage due.

 

The odds of winning depend directly on the number of entries received for that particular month.

Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded. Prize winners will be required to execute and return a notarized Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/publicity release within fourteen (14) days following attempted notification. Non-compliance within this time period may result in forfeiture of the applicable prize.

 

Winners will be required to provide picture proof of identification, which may include a driver’s license, passport, voting card, or similar government issued identification. Return of any prize/prize notification as undelivered may result in forfeiture.

 

The winner for each cash prize draw will be entries drawn at random. The winner will be contacted by 1 Global Alliance Inc, using the contact information provided by the winner. The prize draw winner will receive their cash prize by mail using the contact information provided.

 

No responsibility will be assumed by 1 Global Alliance Inc for incorrect contact information provided by the winner.

 

Federal, State and local taxes, and all similar fees and assessments, are the responsibility of the winner. I Global Alliance reserve the right to withhold taxes from each winning prize, as appropriate.

 

This sweepstakes, and all promotions relating thereto, are subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. This sweepstakes, and any promotions relating thereto, including the interpretation of these official Rules and Regulations, are governed by the laws of the State of California, and , by entering the sweepstakes, each entrant submits to the personal jurisdiction of the State of California.

Void where prohibited by law.

The winners will be contacted by 1 Global Alliance Inc for permission to announce his/her name on 1globalalliance.com.

 

Employees and corporate executives (including members of their families and households) of 1 Global Alliance Inc are not eligible for entry into the cash prize draw.

 

1 Global Alliance Inc reserves the right with our absolute discretion to disqualify any entry or entrant and to add to or waive any rules.

 

No prize alternative will be offered to the cash prize.
