Ms Z. is the “star” player of Soccer Collies, as well as our veteran player. Ms Z. was born on 4/20/2004, and at 10 weeks old she began her journey as a Soccer Collie dog, and best friend to Mark, her trainer.

Ms Z. is strong, steady and VERY gentle. She probably can’t kick the ball as hard as you can, but with Ms.Z it’s more about skill than power. You will be amazed at her ability to dribble the ball with her shoulder, and jump and catch the ball with her front legs. She is also a phenomenal goal scorer; shooting with either her head or her shoulder.

You will soon discover that Ms. Z plays a hard game of soccer, bringing the ball to you, and trying to score past you… She is usually successful! It’s hard to keep up with her as she loves her job, and can play soccer for hours. She is the happiest when playing soccer, and once you meet her, you will see that she not only views soccer as her “job”, but as her life.

Ms. Z is a very sweet dog, who will treat you like her best friend, and her FAVORITE person to play soccer with!

 

Beck is the younger player; born on 11/18/2006 and although he’s the boy on the team, he looks up to Ms. Z and usually doesn’t get a goal in when she’s on the field. Don’t take that to mean he’s a slouch though, when it comes to soccer… he’s gives 100 percent!

His ultra high speed, and precision dribbling skills are something to make you gasp. Combined with his agile leaping skills, ready to catch or stop the ball, and you will soon see why Beck may just be the next star of the team!

It’s apparent Beck, just like Ms. Z, “lives” for playing soccer. He’s a bit of a “clown” or “joker” and really keeps everyone, including his coach, laughing!
