Orders for Mistica received by 1 GlobalAlliance, Inc will be processed and shipped within 72 hours of receipt. If yourorder is placed after 12 p.m. Monday through Friday, your order will beprocessed the next business day. We do not process orders or ship on Saturdays,Sundays or major holidays. You will receive an email with shipping informationwhen your order has shipped.
If you require next-day or second-day shipping service and have submitted yourorder after 12:00 pm PST we will process your order to comply with yourshipping needs.
Can I track the progress of my package?
All tracking numbers will be sent via e-mail after your package has beenshipped. You may track the progress of your order online using the trackingnumber on the corresponding carrier's website. Should you have any questionsregarding the whereabouts of your shipment after it is processed and shipped from 1 Global Alliance, Inc please contact the carrier for your package.

Home Delivery:
We provide a weekly home delivery service. We currently service Southern California only.All orders are delivered to your home after 12:00PM.
No worries if you are not home, our delivery bags will keep your food at the perfect temperature for 4 hours.
There is a $10 home delivery charge per order.

Placing an order:
All orders, regardless of delivery option, must be recieved 48 hrs before your scheduled delivery day - excluding weekends and holidays.
